• Avoid oily fried and spicy food
• avoid lemon orange tamarind
• Avoid carbonated beverages
• Avoid chocolate coffee tea peppermint
• Avoid cabbage cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating
• donot lie immediately after having food
