For past 3-4 months i donot feel comfirtable after having breakfast which runs throughout the day. My heartrate increases suddenly and when i burp or pass gas , it gives momentary relief. Also in past 3 months, on couple of occasions, i have witnessed 2-3 drops of blood passing through anus when i went for toilet , without any pain. In breakfast i eat chapati with vegetables+ 2 whole boiled eggs+tea (milky). Also my skin has become dry ,especially hair scalp and i am experiencing excessive hairfall even after taking diatary supplements (multivitamines). I am eating enough fruits and other healthy fruits and vegetables. I donot have any problem in passing stool.
