I am 20 year old I have some symptoms which are on and off from 5 years gas burping like acid reflux  discomfort at times hole abdomen not one place mucus in stool now bloating I am getting depressed by seeing internet which indicates Ibd and all and stoma bag and all what's this issue I have done CBC rft liver function test CRP esr and urine test yesterday all are normal? What causes this type of symptoms

Take tablet Ornidazole 500 mg twice daily for 7 days. Drink plenty of water. Take less spicy foods and with minimal oil. Take syrup GelusilMPS 2 teaspoons thrice daily. If no relief in 15 days , consult gastroenterogist.
