Gas is not passing at all due to bloating and during bathroom first mucus or balgam type is coming out and then gas started passing. Kindly suggest medicine

Take High Fiber Diet and Drink plenty of water Avoid fast foods and take small frequent meals Need proper physical examination Can try anti foaming agents prescribed after proper evaluation
