I have been tested for gamma interferon positive. However, the X ray did not suggest any scars. I never suffered from TB and my family does not have any TB history. I am in the process of relocating to Dubai and I need your advice.

Positive Gamma interferon test are not of much diagnostic importance as its positive report doesnot indicate active TB disease. Get yourself examined by a physician. If you have any complaints get treated for that.
