Small Gallstones found after removal of gallbladder after 4 years. Previous History: Gallstones in gallbladder containing 4x9mm gallstones and were removed through laparoscopic surgery on 20/04/2013.No adverse report found in histo-pathology. Complication 1. Pain at upper right abdominal region. 2. Some time higher pain 3. Wovels are clear. 4. Hypertension on regular medicine. 5. Irregular food habits. 6. Some time feels tired and exhausted. 7.
