GALLSTONE(Chol/Pigment) - Identifying ?

I had Gall stone attack during Sep ,Abdomen ULTRASOUND scan found GALL STONE of 5~7 mm, after full Diet control ( without cooking oil, Dairy products) then after 1 month, Ultrasound Scan shown multiple 4~5mm GallStones; LPT HDL-24, LDL- 68, TRIGLYCSERIDES-191 mg/dL ), since a month taking STANLIP 145mg (0-0-1) ***IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT THE TYPE OF GALL STONE (Cholestrol / Pigment )*** . As per the advise from Physician i am taking " Tab. " URSOCAD 300mg (1-0-1).

Hi, if the above mentioned pain in right upper abdomen that means this is symptomatic gall bladder stone and the advice is to get the gall bladder removed laparoscopically , which is a safe surgery and is choice in today's world. There is no any other way to treat it except surgery.
