I have diagnosed with 2 gallstones 11mm and 12mm each but i don't feel any pain or problem can I wait or go for surgery plz suggest me

Yes,you should go for surgery because you have multiple gall stone which size are more than 10mm.if this untreated then it will give complication like obstructive jaundice,gall stone pancreatitis,gall stone ileus like.so better to avoid complications you should go for Laproscopic cholecystectomy likely.

Usually gall stones which are Asymptomatic need not be operated. But as both of your gall stones are more than 10 mm, it is better to undergo Laproscopic Cholecystectomy to prevent future complications.
