Gallbladder polyp 4.8 mm, high bilrubin

Hello doc, I have undergone various liver and gallbladder tests recently. My liver fibros scan is completely fine. Gallbladder have shown polyp of 4.8 mm in ultrasound. I have 1.3 bilrubin level since 1 year. Can it be cured with medicine?

Gall bladder polyp cannot be treated by medicine.  Further poly of size more than 5 mm can turn into cancer in 5% patients. 
Next Steps
regular ultrasound every 6 months.  if size increases go for surgery

close follow up by ultrasound.  If cannot be followed by specialist doctor,  than go for early surgery
