I guess surgery can be postponed for indefinite period of time..if the patient follows same dietary pattern..seeing through age of the patient and also keeping in mind the associated comorbities surgery can be postponed..

Gall stones once they are symptomatic it’s advisable to go ahead with surgery.. but taking other risk factors into consideration.. that is high blood pressure and age, the decision needs to be made.
Next Steps
The patient needs to be fit for surgery. For that a series of tests need to be done- better consult a surgeon for the same.
Health Tips
Do not delay to go to hospital if the pain is not responding to medication If patient has fever and jaundice.

Gall stones when present in stomach part of gallbladder nothing problem But when it moves to mouth part of bladder pain araise. Without waiting for emergency better get done early But here 75yr aged person and that high BP unlikely fit for General anaesthesia
Next Steps
better weigh pros and cons before taking to surgery
Health Tips
Consult General surgeon, ultrasound parameters are to be weighed and if can't take for surgery go for conservative management with medicines but ultimate thing is removal of gall bladder
