Fullness in the upper abdomen

I have had a feeling of Fullness and bloating in the upper abdomen and while I am talking it feels like air is not pushing out of my chest. I have to push sound out. It is not a throat infection or nodules as I am able to sing falsetto. The problem area seems to be my chest and upper abdomen. What should I check for?
