Hi, My wife has been on clomid since 2 cycles but unable to conceive. We had done 3rd day harmone test FSH is 14.5 which seems to be increased. My sperm analysis(volume:1ml SP:100ml/ml) is normal as per doctor. Within these two stimulated cycle she had 4 mature follicles. All ruptured with HCG shot. But still not able to conceive. Can you please suggest what should be the best treatment?
