Immunofluorescence: if core reveal 5 glomeruli Albumin: negative IgG: negative IgA: negative IgM:negative C3:non specific trapping in few glomeruli C1q: negative Kappa and lambda: negative in glomeruli. No light chain restriction seen in tabular casts overall features are of hypertensive nephrosclerosis with fsgs lesion(possibly secondry) and mildly chronic tubulo in phritis.
