Frostbite on Foot's Toes

I was recently exposed to less than -10 C temperature because of which foot's toes have got frostbites. Toes currently look pale blue and are swollen. I feel numbness and slight pain. What can I do cure it?

Please go to the emergency department of a well-equipped hospital to get the two properly examined. Rather than frostbite it looks like there was some kind of a trauma on the nail which caused collection of blood under the nail surface.
