From last month started hair loss
Iam 28 yrs old . I had dengu fever about 6 month back , from last month started hair loss heavily . During wasing my hair , hairfall is countless might be average 200 , whenever I gently touch my hair average of 50s of hairs comes in my hand . I want to know how to prevent my hair and if any healthy diets like fruits , proteins and vitamins are required then please let me know . Also suggest me a good shampoo . Can I use guava leaves in my hair to control hair fall
