This appears to be a stimulated cycle with the numbers.this many number of follicles even though increases the chance of a pregnancy, also increases the risk of many pregnancies ultimately putting you and you pregnancy / baby at risk. If it was me I would advise against IUI /  Intercourse based on international recommendations.
