  4. Friquent urination. Do any other tests?

Hiii.i am suffering from burning stool and friquent urination . doctor suggested to do tests, abdomen scan,urin analysis,cbc test .all test are normal . doctor suggested me to take antibiotics and I taken one week but not cured ...why ? I have a habit of mastrubation.can I do any other tests? Semen test,etc
