My father is a myeloma patient under chemo currently.He is frequently getting uti and the pus cells decrease after antibiotics but they increase again after completing the course .He has been bedridden since 1 year now.

If only pus cells in urine but no fever or pain during passing urine then no need of antibiotics. Only if symptoms are there then give antibiotics after getting a urine culture report.
