Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be due to urinary tract infection. However, vomiting is not related to that. You can give tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 2 days. Syp. Citralka 10ml in 100ml water thrice a day for 7 days. Consult me in private for further evaluation and management.
