Make intake of fluids and voided urine volume chart for 24 hours called voiding diary.can be done for three consecutive days.it gives lot of information of your voiding pattern and helpful in seeking the cause of urinary frequency. Also get urine examination routine and microscopic done. Consult a urologist with the test reports Tab flavoxate 200 Mg thrice daily may help to reduce frequency
