Frequent urination in 4 month old

Hello, my 4 month old urinates very frequently like in small quantity. He pees a bit we will change the cloth and immediately he will pee again and in lil quantity. This happens almost all the time. Please tell me if this is fine or any action need to be taken.

It is normal. It can happen for few days and then it will get normal. Rarely it can be due to urine infection, so to watch for: Danger signs: not taking feeds, irritable or lethargic, vomiting episodes, fever
