I have the urge to pee every hour I can't wait for longer if I have to pee, even if pee has be as little as few drops. This happens once in every few months Have itching kind of thing while peeing. Already got urine check but the reports were normal.

What about sonography The symptoms sounds like UTI, start treatment for the same

Most likely its UTI. Get urine culture. And antibiotics have to started as soon as possible. Take consult and get proper advice

U might have urinary tract infection or cystitis. Get urine routine microscopy and culture done. Get USG pelvis done to rule out any stones or concretions in urinary ab tract.
