Frequency is a symptom of urinary bladder irritability or polyurea. Get a voiding diary made by measuring exact intake of liquid volume in ml with time along with exact measurement of urine  volume voided with time for 24 hours time. For three consecutive days This will differentiate polyurea with bladder irritability. Consult a urologist for other test like uroflowmetry and or urodynamics to know the cause of bladder irritability if suggested by voiding diary. Good drugs are available for both conditions
