I have been suffering from frequent urination from 3 months what is the problem I have checked at doctor and he made me to check for urine test but still I have that problem

An input-output diary for consecutive three days with exact time & volume of input-output noted may also be useful.treatment as per cause, Symptomatically,many good bladder relaxant are available,consult a Urologist
