Few days back i was haveing burning senation while passing urine but now the burning sensation is reduced but the urge to pass urine has increased. Also i am diabetic patient and taking insulin

Hello..... Urge  to pass urine could  be due to urinary tract infection.. It's also  symtom  of diabetes.. Check  you blood sugar level and urine sugar levels...urine  sample testing  is required...  Don't  take antibiotics before  giving  urine for sampling..  Consult urologist once.....
