Frequent urge for urination

I have a frequent urge for urination almost every two hours. USG reports says 1.thickening of bladder wall lead to cystinis 2.UTI. I showed to Dr. Sarbeswar Saharia, He diagnose it as prostatitis. Given one medicine i. e. cotrimoxazole DS. I have completed the full course, but no sign of relief.
