I am suffering from frequent stool passing issue. Though the stools are normal. They are loose or hard. But the bowel movements are frequent specially after eating something. My doctor said I may have IBS. I need some solution for this. I am really tired and irritated due to this problem.

Hi IBS doesn't have any complete cure... treatment is only symptomatic... and also it's important to exclude other causes before jumping into conclusion of IBS like..parasites, H.pylori and others...  consult Gastroenterologist..
