I've been frequently peeing for about a week now. I wake up every night to pee, and when I do, I produce a small amount of urine. After peeing, I usually have a strong urge to pee, but I am unable to anymore. Also, there is an itch in my vagina and anus.

You may have been suffering from urinary tract infection. Get urine examination routine and microscopic done. Meanwhile flavoxate  symptomatic drug , Can be taken 200 mg thrice daily for 3-4 days. Antibiotics can be added as per investigation report
