Frequent Fever

Frequent fever since january and it keep coming in a gap of one week. Its around 101F with mild shivering and goes away in 3 days.Fever profile blood test was negative for any virus. Thyroid test and urine test was also negative. Consulted doctors also bit confused now. i dont know what to do now. Please help.
