Frenulum still attached to the head of penis. I am 18. Is that normal.? I read that it should break naturally by now.

Hello, I understand your concern. Yes it is normal that frenulum shoukd be attached to the penial head. There is no compulsion that it should get detached. It get detached while having sex sometimes. It shwould be attached to the penis because it holds the foreskin to the penis. Thank you
