Freezing fingers and forehead temp

Whenever I check my forehead temperature it’s always red and I have 37.5-37.9 I’ve wondered if it’s a problem with the thermometer because my body temp and mount temp is lower than that but then I try it on my mum and brother and they have perfect readings, also my toes and fingers are always freezing I mean there freezing whilst I’m typing this and I can feel it
