Free fluid in POD and bulky uterus

Hello, I had UTI so I was asked to get a pelvic sonography which I did after 3weeks because of lockdown...so is this bulky uterus and mild free fluid sign of PID? I got this sonography done just 4-5days before my ovulation... please help me

During ovulation we will notice fluid in pod, Pid diagnosis is not dependent on only fluid in pod, it is co related to many other things also.
