  4. Foreskin Retraction. Or medications?

Sir , my penis foreskin is retractable normally in both erect and flaccid stage but in erect position when It come back to head upwards It is gone by stretching it not as normally its own There is no other symptoms like swelling or pain redness etc.of paraphimosis So what I do ? If there are any need of treatment or medications? or it is cure its own please help
