I am 15 and have a foreskin I would like to retract my foreskin and permanently keep it behind the glands I can retract it fine but it rolls over the head when I'm erect. What can be done to help.

You should wait till 18 yrs age as your puberty is continuing and foreskin growth is going on. You can decide what to do later on.
