Just out of curiosity wanted to know if it is suggested to keep Penis foreskin retracted all the time (rolled back) or is it recommended to keep the penis tip covered with Foreskin? ( In past I have retracted it few times without any issues but then pulled it back so just wanted to know more about whats healthy and recommended)

It should always be pulled to the tip of the penis. Otherwise it can cause Paraphimosis leading to pain and swelling of foreskin.
