I can not retract foreskin of my penis. i searched over internet i guess it is short frenulum.In flaccid state i can move it back but in erect one i can not. But when i masturbate for 2-3 days continuously it gets tight and i can not retract it even in flaccid state. Foreskin remains somewhat smooth when i refrain from masturbation.what are possible treatments?is there any ointment which can cure this?if i opt for surgical cure can i get it done without aid of anyone,i mean me alone at hospital
