I am a 26 year male. I have a uncircumsied penis. till today I never knew I have to retract my foreskin back and clean it regularly.I have never retracted the foreskin till today and the foreskin won't retract even when erect. I used to masturbate in undies all this days. Yesterday I read some where I have to clean the genitals regularly. For the first time I tried to retract it and I was able to retract till glan head  in flaccid state without any pain. but the foreskin forms a ring when I do this and the glan is sticking to the foreskin and there is no free movement of it. also there is a white layer on glan and fore skin. what should I do now?
