I have several forehead pimples developed since last one and half months and consult my family doctor, he prescribed tretinoin gel + acnesoft soap. But it is not curing. I scared when someone told me that there were cases of skin cancer so please consult a skin specialist.

The picture you have sent is blur and out of focus. I will need to see you in person and examine you to make a diagnosis. It doesn't look like a skin cancer. I suggest you meet a dermatologist near you and get an opinion regarding treatment. Tretinoin is the correct treatment for pimples. You have to use it regularly in the evening.
