More details are warranted like: 1. Age 2. symptoms like fever, body pain, throat pain, breathlessness any bleeding tendency noticed 3. history of similar presentation in past 4. History of diabetes?or any other long standing disease? 5. Other blood parameters to be mentioned

My suggestion is a complete evaluation with : 1. Renal function test 2. Liver function test 3. Dengue profile/ Covid 19 RTPCR 4. Bone marrow study 5. Platelet indices
