Sir and mam im an nri indian guy as a profession im doing job in Kuwait 5 star hotel as a food beverage manager right now im.in india going saudi arabia this ending month for my jobs sir for maintaning a healthy lifestyle and healthy heart maintaning a healthy blood pressure  and more active im 6 feet tall guy previously last 4 months my workout was 105 kg by doing brisk walking Zyming .continuesly running 25 min  everyday evening  before going zym i do running everyday completing around 9000 steps in a whole day now im 87 kg everyday in moring I take 4 soaked almonds .4 pistachio and green mong sprouts in empty stomach bf toned milk with oats . green tea 2 time beetroot .carrot . half bowl container .lunch half cup  brown rice boil vegetables multigrain atta 3 roti with a pinch of himalayan pink salt salad 2 times  .will I add avocado fruits everyday in my diet or in weak how much avocado fruits is good to eat ...and anything else should I add in my diet I want to be more fit ...
