What is the main purpose of raricap /l syrup... Please suggest? Whay doc recommended this? Actually my daughter is feeling scared n started crying after meeting with new people.she is getting irritated n scared from outsiders.

It is iron supplements. Sometimes in iron deficiency child feels cranky and irritated, supplemental iron might help in those symptoms. Continue it as per Pediatrician advice
