On 25th of august near about 1pm my friend fell down and he had a cut as shown in the figure after that he went to the football ground filled with mud, cow dung etc and stayed there for some time but he didnt play. From 25th night he is having a tremendous pain around the wound. He can walk properly but tbe foot is swelled up and the pain still persists. And tetanus also not taken.
