Foot problem with hydrogen peroxide

My infected wound was cut by the doctor on upper side of the foot and clean with hydrogen peroxide, next day the doctor used hydrogen peroxide into the wound but paraxide was not return back . Now the wound was healing well but, down side of the foot where the hydrogen peroxide put in the area of open wound is becoming white color in round shape in 1 rupee coin (big)sige is it any harm to the foot
