My brother praveen constantly feels intense itching in the hand palm and foot palm. the itching in foot palm is so aggressive that he can't sleep well. how to proceed for a treatment?

Hey, it palm and sole is itching without rashes it could be due to problem in liver ,but if itching associated with rashes ,it can be eczema, Psoriasis ,dermatitis .treatment depends on cause ,consult physician and dermatologist
