Foot Pain After Pedicure/Massage

I got a pedicure two weeks ago when I visited family for thanksgiving. Note that I don’t normally do this. I have very tense feet and calves. The woman massaging me was working very hard on my right calf and foot, to the point of it hurting and tingling. Now it is two weeks later and I have had foot pain ever since. I have what feels like a bruised heel in my right heel and awful awful plantar fasciitis-like pain, but much worse than normal. I have insoles to support my feet-but it’s not easing

Try applying a pain relieving cream lightly without vigorous massage. You can try a muscle relaxant with an Anti-inflammatory combination

Get serum using acid checked & XRay foot to rule out heel bone out-growth
