Please suggest any cream or medicine .I have allredy taken fluconazol and using Tipiforte Mx gel.also

As the infection looks severe fluconazole might not work well. You might need a fungal culture to assess the type of fungus. Itraconazole tabs monthly one week course would work better after the reports are confirmed. Visit the dermatologist once again for further management.
