Foot elevated bed rest in pregnancy

I m 34 weeks pregnant. My internal os is open at 1 cm. No fluid leakage or any pain. Doctor said no other complications but to take foot elevated bed rest. The baby is in Cephalic position now. Will baby position change because of the foot elevation?
