Madam/Sir, I am 21 yrs old aged student. Since last 4 days, I am experiencing a severe abdominal cramp/pain, nausea. I am puking frequently. There is severe headache too. Loss of appetite. No other symptoms as of now, I have. Kindly suggest me some medications. Please 🙏 Looking forward for yur kind respond.
