Was having food poison.Tried a tablet from store.But after a day no change.Yesterday slight temperature were there; but it's fine now.But food poison symptoms still there

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Now that you have done all possible shopping for medicines to be your own doctor and the issue hasn't resolved, i think you should get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Let him do his thing. Don't be your own doctor. Best regards.
