Hello good afternoon , hope you are enjoying your motherhood . As babies grow they start taking interest into surroundings sometimes it may affect breastfeeding too ! But starting solids at 4 month 20 days will be too early !!exclusive breastfeeding will be helpful for keeping baby healthy and away from infections ! You can start solids once baby complete 6 month . So try to breastfeed baby for 30-45 min on one side and offer others once his tummy full then let him play . You will come to know that your milk is sufficient or not by checking his current weight . At the 5 month if his weight is double of the birth weight means your baby is growing well need not to worry! For complementary feeding guidance u can consult thank u take care .
